The Department of Biology will be participating in the annual College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) Open House event on Thursday, August 18 from 4:00 - 6:00pm in Hubbard Park, next to the Iowa Memorial Union (IMU). This event, which is part of the University of Iowa's On Iowa! orientation programming, welcomes new and returning students and is a great way to meet faculty, staff, and students.

The event will feature live music, Herky, and several games and activities. Stop by the Department of Biology tables to spin the wheel, play the bean bag toss game, and win prizes! We'll also have faculty and staff available to answer any questions you have about the Biology undergraduate program at the University of Iowa. It will be lots of fun, and we hope to see you there!
