Dr. Aaron Saguil Guest Speaker: Reflections on a Nearly Complete Military Medical Career

Join Dr. Saguil as he shares his 19-year journey in medicine, from starting off as a young married medical student, through growing a family, from traveling the width of the United States, to Afghanistan and back, and on his current role as Associate Dean of Admissions at the Uniformed Services University (USU) of the Health Sciences. Along the way, Dr. Saguil will offer advice on how to thrive in a medical career, and pearl of wisdom of two about life.

Aaron Saguil, MD, MPH, FAAFP, serves as the Associate Dean for Recruitment and Admissions at the Uniformed Services University (USU) of the Health Sciences F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine - America's Medical School - in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Saguil is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and is on the faculty of the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital Family Residency. He is the Vice Chair of the Physician, and Chair for the AAFP's Commission on Continuing Professional Development.
