The UI Department of Biology "Hawkeyes at the Microscope" traveling exhibit will be at the Iowa City Fall Fun Festival - STEM Discovery Zone event on Aug. 30, 2014 at Regina Catholic Education Center. The STEM Discovery Zone is a new event and will boast interactive educational displays of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Come and learn about how important model organisms are used by scientists in the Department of Biology to better understand human disease.
