Five students at the University of Iowa received the Iowa Center for Research by Undergraduate's Excellence in Undergraduate Research Award including three students from the Department of Biology:
- Daniel Fu (Biomedical Sciences major)
- Lydia Guo (Biomedical Sciences major)
- Pedro Marra (Biomedical Sciences major)
This award recognizes outstanding accomplishments in scholarly investigation, artistic creation, or performance by undergraduates at the UI.
