Congratulations to Megan McGovern on receiving ICRU’s Excellence in Undergraduate Research Award! Each year the Office of the Vice President for Research sponsors up to five Excellence in Undergraduate Research Awards to be presented to undergraduate students involved in research/creative work at the University of Iowa. Megan, a junior from Bettendorf, Iowa, majoring in Biomedical Sciences, works in the Byrne Lab in the Department of Radiation Oncology and Department of Biomedical Engineering.
