Congratulations to former Integrated Biology graduate student, Beth Osia, on receiving an F32 Award from the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Dr. Osia completed her Integrated Biology PhD in 2020 under the direction of Roy J. Carver Professor of Biology, Anna Malkova, and is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at City of Hope studying Rad52 synthetic lethal interactions. The NCI Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) for Individual Postdoctoral Fellows F32 Award supports promising postdoctoral applicants who have the potential to become productive and successful independent cancer research investigators.
