Congratulations to Wren Renquist on her successful thesis defense on April 4, 2023!

The title of her thesis was "Does the genome of a putatively specialist moth (Schinia gracilenta) contain a signal of the Indigenous cultivation of its host plant (Iva annua)?"

Wren is a Master's student in the Integrated Biology (iBio) Graduate Program. Her mentors are Andrew Forbes, Associate Professor of Biology, and Maurine Neiman, Professor of Biology.
